I have a numbness in my big toe had it for a while, but have noticed it more when i go for a run,my running? - numbness more condition_symptoms
Trainers are comfortable and after operations, so I do not think that it has caused, as it was before I started the race, seems normal and the nail is good, you should a doctor?

It could be something to do with the over / under-pronation during walking and running. To Dr. first and when (you can find something like a broken bone), then maybe you should see podiatrist book.
